For one fitting fee, you can try on dresses from leading wholesalers and boutiques from all over South Africa.

Yes. If you don’t arrive on time for your fitting, you will forfeit both your slot and your fee. However, you may transfer your booking to another bride or sell it privately.

If you transfer your booking, please email us the new name.

Alternatively, the person taking over your slot must report to reception using your name. We’ll then update their details on the day.

Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment. This ensures a comfortable environment and personal attention from our assistants. Walk-ins may be accommodated, but only if fitting rooms and assistants are available.

Your guests do not pay a fitting fee. However, they must pay the EXPO entrance fee at the gate.

We recommend bringing no more than four guests to allow comfortable seating and space for other brides to move around.

No. All sales are final. Dresses are sold “voetstoots” (as is)—based on what you see and fit on the day.
The discounted prices reflect that boutiques are selling stock in bulk over one weekend, with no after-sales service.
