Terms & Conditions for Appointments and Fittings

All fittings secured by an online appointment and upon full payment of the fitting fee only.
Walk in fittings on the expo day will be subject to Big Bridal Popup terms and conditions.
No Bookings will be refunded. If you cannot attend a booking any longer you are welcome to gift
the booking to another bride and notify us by email to expect another person.
Should you not attend the fitting or arrive on time – you will forfeit your fitting fee as well as your fitting time slot.
Rebooking at an additional fee will be allowed, subject to availability. A fitting is not a prerequisite for the purchase of a dress at the event.
No reservations of dresses can be allowed.
No dresses may be removed from the premises of the event without full payment.
Payment of the full amount can be made in cash or by credit card. No EFT’s or layby options will be offered/accepted.
All dresses sold at any Big Bridal Popup sale are sold “voetstoots” and no guarantees are made with regards to quality except for what is
seen and accepted by the buyer during the dress fitting.
No refunds or exchanges will be considered.
Accepting the terms and conditions on our website is a legal practice and will be enforced.
The Big Bridal Popup suppliers will not be disclosed to brides in order to attempt returns and exchanges post the sale. This is a strictly
voetstoots sale.
The Big Bridal Popup will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur at any of our events. You and your guests
enter the premises at your own risk.
The Big Bridal Popup will not be held responsible for the undesired outcomes of any alterations, storage and cleaning methods of the dress. The dress is sold “voetstoots“ and in the exact condition it was bought on the day of sale.

Fittings

Fittings cannot be cancelled and/or refunded.
Fittings may be transferred – an email should be sent to office@bigbridalpopup.co.za to confirm the new owner of the fitting slot.
Fittings may be attended by the Bride and 4 Guests.
Brides need to arrive 10 minutes prior to a fitting in order to view dresses and select her 3 favourite dresses.
Big Bridal Popup events should not be confused with a bridal boutique experience – even though we mimic the basic requirements for privacy and comfort, this is a fast-paced wedding dress sale, aimed at the SERIOUS BUYER
Brides should not attend a Big Bridal Popup event to establish style – this is an event for brides who know their style and are in the market to buy a quality designer dress at an affordable price.
You will have a fitting assistant who will assist you to get dressed – this is mainly to ensure that dresses are not damaged during the fitting process. Please appreciate the fact that wedding dresses are exclusive high priced sales ite

Listing Terms & Conditions

By submitting a wedding dress on this website, the advertiser acknowledges legal ownership of the dress and the legal right to sell the dress. Should any dress be sold illegally in using this website or a Big Bridal Popup sale, Big Bridal Popup cannot be held responsible for any illegal actions taken by its advertisers or prospective buyers.
All sizes indicated on the website are to be based on South African sizes. Big Bridal Popup does not take any liability for the accuracy of
the size quoted by an advertiser.
Bridal Boutiques have the right to replace a dress submitted for the event within 7 days of the event and replace with another dress, as

Terms & Conditions for Big Bridal Popup Events

Force majeure: Big Bridal Popup shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations or delay in performance of the same under this
Agreement where such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, war, invasion, or military action, acts, orders, civil disturbance, strikes, lock outs,
trade disputes causing cessation or slow-down of work, or inability to procure services or material after due and timely diligence, late deliveries
or late performances of services from sub-contractors or suppliers, breakdown of machinery, fire, flood or accident or any cause beyond the
reasonable control of Big Bridal Popup whether or not similar to the causes specifically mentioned herein.
